We the undersigned request that Peer Group plc allow access through the gate at Soapers Lane Thornbury (next to the Town Hall) for people wishing to access the High St through it. The gate should remain open for a minimum of 9am – 5pm to allow shoppers to circulate freely around the whole of the town.
