Where and how to cast your votes on May 14th
Polling Day:
The polling station will be open at Crossbow House between 7:00am and 10:00pm on Thursday 14th May.
The election is being called in Frampton Cotterell West Ward only - so only residents registered to vote in West Ward are able to vote. West Ward is the part of Frampton Cotterell that votes at Crossbow House. Residents who are eligible to vote will receive a polling card or a postal ballot like in any other election. You do not have to take your polling card to the polling station to vote.
Please remember to take photo ID with you to be able to cast your votes. A list of valid forms of photo ID is available here.
Postal Ballots:
South Glos Council expects to post the initial set of postal ballots on 28th April and they should arrive shortly afterwards. A second batch, for residents who have registered to vote by post more recently, will be posted on 5th May.
Instructions for voting by post will be included with the ballots but please remember that even if you have not returned your postal ballot, it can still be dropped off at the polling station on polling day.
