David and Jon speak against the Government definition of grey belt at full council

At Wednesday's full council meeting, Frampton Cotterell ward councillors David Goodwin and Jon Lean were pleased to propose and second a motion calling for the Government to revise its grey belt definition which has left areas like Coalpit Heath vulnerable to large scale speculative housing development.
