Make the Tormarton Traffic Lights Permanent

Temporary traffic lights at the A46/B4465 junction at Tormarton were installed in 2023 after the A432 bridge closed. They have improved traffic flow, made access onto the A46 safer, and reduced dangerous situations for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.

These lights are due to be removed after the A432 bridge reopens on 19 June. However, their success has shown the clear need for a permanent solution at this junction.

We are calling on the relevant authorities to install permanent traffic lights at the A46/B4465 junction to keep this busy junction safer for residents, businesses, school traffic, and commuters.

If you agree, sign our petition below to show your support for a safer, more manageable junction for everyone.
